    Created from a job analysis, our Description collects the physical demands of the essential functions for each job title.
  2. STANDARDIZE JOB ROLES VIA JOB FUNCTION MATCHING®
    The Description and Test/Match are validated by a supervisor or manager for the job role. These validated titles can immediately be utilized for every aspect of hiring, promotion, movement to new positions and retiring.
  3. TEST & MATCH THE BEST EMPLOYEE FOR THE JOB
    In this phase, the applicant or employee is actually tested against the essential functions of the job to identify limitations and promote workability.
